Every year, Saints Archery hosts the 'Silver Arrow' competition in April. Silver Arrow is the oldest Archery competition in Scotland, with records of it taking place dating back 1614 (although it may be older than that!) and early trophies can be found in the Museum of St Andrews.
Archers from all over Scotland come to St Andrews to compete, and the winner in men and women's recurve categories take away a Silver Arrow trophy. This year the competition will be run at UK Record Status level, and further details will be published nearer the time.
