Training Sessions

The club runs 3 training sessions a week. All of these are attended by experienced students able to coach, and we also have fully qualified coaches available on a weekly basis. For first semester, the sessions are as follows;

Wednesday: 8-10:30pm
Thursday: 7-9am
Friday: 4:30-7pm
Saturday: 1-4pm
Sunday: 9-11am (possibly followed by a social brunch somewhere in town!) 

All our sessions take place in the main arena in the Sports Centre for the winter season (all of first semester and some of second). Once the weather gets warmer in second semester we move outdoors (usually around April) and then have a mix of outdoor and indoor sessions. The Facebook group will have up to date information nearer to the time.
